To job shadow a member of the UI Department of Psychiatry, you must be:
18 years of age or older
A high school, undergraduate, graduate, or medical student

You may request to shadow any member of our medical team, although placement with a specific provider is not guaranteed.
When will my job shadow occur?

All job shadow opportunities are limited to one day, four hours maximum. The specific timeframe of your job shadow visit will be determined by the availability of the requested medical providers.
Will I receive a certificate?
Will I receive a certificate?
No, a certificate will not be issued upon completion of your job shadow.
